Terms of Sales

Dear clients,

Our aim is to provide you with an excellent stay at the Hotel Colinette. In order to help us achieve this goal, we have developed the following rules, which we thank you for respecting before and during your stay.

 

Arrival and departure

On arrival the rooms are available from 3:00 p.m., except Sunday and public holidays from 5:00 p.m.

And the rooms must be vacated by 11:00 am on the day of your departure at the latest. If this is not the case, we reserve the right to charge you an additional night.

If you arrive after 8 p.m. we ask you to contact us on the day of your arrival before 8 p.m. to give you the room number and how to find the key, by calling us on +33 (0) 5 46 05 15 75.

 

payment methods

We accept checks, Visa, Mastercard, as well as cash and holiday vouchers in euros.

 

Booking

In order to guarantee your reservation, a deposit of 30% of the amount of your stay can be taken or a pre-authorization on your credit card. If the reservation is guaranteed by a check, it must be compensable with a banking establishment located in France. In both cases, we reserve the right to take a deposit corresponding to 30% of the stay

Payment of the balance of the stay will be made on site with the hotelier. Customers are asked to plan to arrive at the hotel before 8:00 p.m. and to notify the hotelier in the event of a late arrival. The deposit is not refundable

 

Cancellation

All cancellations must be confirmed in writing, fax or email.

In case of cancellation up to 2 days before the date of arrival, the hotel does not charge a charge on the credit card provided. In the event of late cancellation or no-show, the hotel will charge the amount of the first night from the credit card provided.

 

Children

A cot can be reserved on request at the time of booking (subject to availability),

 

Tourist tax

From January 1 to December 31 € 0.99 per day and per adult (not included in the rates).

 

Tobacco

Inside the establishment and in the rooms, smoking is prohibited. On the terrace and on the balconies, please respect other guests by not bothering them with the smell of tobacco.

An additional night's deodorization charge will apply if guests smoke in their room.

 

Personal items

The management declines all responsibility for valuables, jewelry, cash, deposited in the rooms, or left in any place of the domain. A safe is at your disposal (ask at reception).

For any item forgotten after your departure, the shipping costs will be at your expense.

 

Small pets and dogs

Pets are accepted, for a fee that can be consulted on our price list. Dogs must be kept on a leash in the hotel and throughout the grounds.

 

Damage and carried away objects

We will be obliged to invoice any damage made by the customer to their room, or any theft of an item belonging to the hotel observed before check-out or after departure.

 

Termination clause

It is strictly forbidden to cook in the bedrooms, and to use appliances that risk causing damage (stoves, iron, etc.). In the event of non-compliance with these rules, the management reserves the right to terminate during the stay.

In the event of noise or verbal nuisance, the management reserves the right to end your stay without any refund.

 

Litigation and complaints

Any controversy, dispute or claim relating to these conditions will be the sole jurisdiction of the court of the location of the establishment.
